All our clients must hold a valid full license and must obtain a temporary license prior to release of vehicle.

Clients must be of legal age to drive

We do not accept learners License

We have strict No Drink and Drive Policy, Insurance will not cover any damages to vehicles accidents that are a result of driving under the influence

For Early Deposits, Clients are required to deposit an amount equivalent to Bond. Bond is $300 for all our small vehicles and $500 for all our SUVs and min Vans. Cancelation and full reimbursements within 5 days of booking. Any cancelations after 5 days of booking will not be reimbursed.

All Bonds will be reimbursed upon return of vehicle and successful inspection.

All vehicles are Insured, however JJs Expat Rentals reserves the right to charge $500 tala on all excess damages that is not covered by Insurance Company.

All our Clients are given ample time to read terms and conditions of agreements prior to booking.

We do not accept early returns. Any vehicles returned prior to completion of term is not refunded.

Vehicles must be driven by designated driver, it is strictly prohibited for an unauthorised driver to drive our rentals

Any accidents caused while under the Influence whether drugs or Alcohol is entirely borne by the driver as Insurance will not cover
